Description

This database demonstrates the modes of metal transfer with short-circuited transfer (CMT) and drop transfer (C-GMAW).

Steps to reproduce

WAAM was performed with use of Fronius Transpuls Synergic 3200 machine as a power source and a six-axis Yaskawa Motoman MH24 robot as a platform. Aristorod 69 was used as a welding wire. The high-speed videos were captured using Chronos 1.4 camera at a 8200 fps. The welding parameters for CMT: welding current 114 A, arc voltage 20,1 V, transfer speed 40 cm/min, wire feed rate 4 m/min. The welding parameters for C-GMAW: welding current 232 A, arc voltage 20,4 V, transfer speed 40 cm/min, wire feed rate 7 m/min.
