Description

These files include all data presented in: Brinkmann et al., 2022. Microbiota-dependent TLR2 signaling reduces silver nanoparticle toxicity to zebrafish larvae. Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety. GFAAS_ICP_MS_(..) Measurement of total Ag concentration in zebrafish larvae exposed to nAg from 3-5 dpf (Fig. 2): * Sample: The tissue that was sampled, either the complete larvae or extracted intestines. * Time: Exposure time (hours). * ppbAg: Total concentration of Ag (ppb) that was measured. * AgaroseVolume: Volume (μL) of agarose in the digestion mixture. * AquaRegiaVolume: Volume (μL) of aqua regia in the digestion mixture. * TotalDigestionVolume: Total digestion volume (μL). * ngAg_larva: Total mass of Ag (ng) that was measured per larva. * Method: Detection method, either GFAAS or ICP_MS. The first row specifies the limit of detection. il1beta_eGFP_(...) Three folders comprising fluorescence microscopy images (TIFF format) of il1beta:eGFP reporter zebrafish larvae at 5 dpf (Fig. 3): * (...)_replicates1_20200226: images for the first experimental replicate * (...)_replicates2_20200304: images for the second experimental replicate * (...)_replicates3_20200318: images for the third experimental replicate For each of the replicates, the following images were acquired: * nAg_GFP: GFP signal for larvae exposed to nAg. * nAg_trans: transmitted light images for larvae exposed to nAg. * Agion_GFP: GFP signal for larvae exposed to silver ions. * Agion_trans: transmitted light images for larvae exposed to silver ions. * control_GFP: GFP signal for control larvae that had not been exposed to silver ions or nAg * control_trans: transmitted light images for control larvae that had not been exposed to silver ions or nAg. DoseResponses_(...) Mortality data of zebrafish larvae with loss-of-function mutations for TLR2, MyD88 and TIRAP, and their wildtype siblings, exposed to nAg from 3-5 dpf (Fig. 4-5): * Concentration: Nominal exposure concentration (mg nAg/L) * Condition: Microbial condition of the zebrafish larvae, either colonized or germ-free. * Hours: Exposure time (hours). * Mortality: Percentage of larvae that had died. * Date: The date at which the mortality was scored. * Gene: Specifies the concerning genes for loss-of-function mutations, either TLR2, MyD88 or TIRAP. * Genotype: Specifies the genotype concerning the loss-of-function mutations, either mutant (-/-) or WT sibling (+/+). * Replicate: The replicate that was scored, either 1, 2 or 3.
