Table S1. List of the UAS-SARS-CoV-2 transgenic flies. The docking site and BDSC stock number of each fly line are provided. UAS-NSP lines including a KOZAK sequence to increase expression levels do not include an immunological tag. Table S2. Available UAS-human cDNA stocks encoding SARS-CoV-2 protein interactors. Stock numbers for Bloomington and Kyoto Drosophila stock centers are indicated. To obtain stocks from Kyoto, an account must be opened at the KDSC (https://kyotofly.kit.jp/cgi-bin/stocks/index.cgi). After placing an order, a letter of No Permit Required (LONPR) must be provided, which can be obtained by requesting at USDA (brsnopermitrequired@usda.gov) and attaching a filled application, which can be found at: https://bdsc.indiana.edu/pdf/USDA/LONPR_form.pdf. For lines that are not available yet, UAS clones are or will soon be available through the DGRC (searchable through https://dgrc.bio.indiana.edu/clones/Catalog under “Human ORF”).
