Database used for the estatical analysis in the article intituled "Evaluation and comparison of latent classes related to children movement behaviors through accelerometer and self-report". Latent class analysis (LCA) is emerging as a statistical method for multivariate and integrative evaluation of movement behaviors, based on the analysis of the level of physical activity (PA) and sedentary behavior (SB). This study aimed to evaluate and compare two models LCA (one for the accelerometer and one for the 24-hour recall) that represent the movement behaviors of children. Cross-sectional study involving 101 10-year-old Brazilian children. To evaluate movement behaviors, a 24-hour PA recall and an accelerometer worn for three consecutive days were used. LCA was used to model the variable "movement behaviors".
