This file contains the underlying dataset used in the research article “Gender Diversity in Top Management and Corporate Value Creation: Evidence from Corporate Boards in Colombia.” The dataset was compiled using data obtained from the LSEG database and is provided in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format. It includes the variables used in the empirical and statistical analyses presented in the study.
