Description

Supplementary discussion includes further description of LDOM (low-dose oral minoxidil) tolerance and side-effects, as well as potential mechanism of action and therapeutic efficacy of systemic minoxidil at the crown in contrast to the bitemporal scalp sites, particularly in male patients. Serial photography submitted with patients' expressed written consent. Images depict clinically notable hair growth in a female patient (global scalp regrowth) and male patient (crown regrowth).
