Description

We uploaded soil microbial data (Operational Taxonomic Units) in our study. The experiment was conducted at the Research Station of the Alpine Meadow and Wetland Ecosystems of Lanzhou University (Azi Branch Station) in Maqu (101°51′ E, 33°40′ N), Gansu, China. Here are the abbreviations of four treatments in our study. S+G+: shrub with graminoid; S+G-: shrub without graminoid; S-G+: graminoids with shrub removed; S-G-: shrub and graminoids removed
