Description

This replication package contains the complete computational pipeline for "The Feasibility Cliff: Self-Enforcement as the Architecture of Collapse." It includes all Python source code (39 scripts), raw and processed empirical data (PIIE Entity List, CSET ETO semiconductor supply chain, IAEA Iran inspection records, Epoch AI notable models), and execution logs from a full replication run (35/35 scripts passed, 816 seconds). The pipeline reproduces every table and figure in the paper and online supplementary appendix from raw data, with no pre-computed results.

Steps to reproduce

To run: install dependencies (pip install -r requirements.txt), then execute python3 code/run_all.py. Outputs include LaTeX tables, publication-quality PDF figures, JSON result files, and per-script log files. The codebase covers theoretical model calibration (Cournot oligopoly, saddle-node bifurcation, repeated-game PPE), empirical tests (regression discontinuity, Chow structural break, difference-in-differences, event study, Poisson panel, permutation tests, synthetic control), structural estimation (detection-dilution parameter, Bayesian identification), welfare decomposition (mechanism design value), dynamic HJB numerical solution, and an agent-based virtual laboratory experiment.
