Fungal and bacterial species and potential airway deposition - waste collection plant Contributors: Anne Mette Madsen, Margit W. Frederiksen, Iman Mahmoud Kurdi, Sussi Sommer, Elisabeth Flensmark, and Kira Tendal Date: 31/1 2019 Description: Microorganisms are sampled using an Andersen six stage sampler, and are cultivated on Nutrient agar and DG-18 and following identified using MALDI-TOF MS. Data are presented as species found in each of the 6 size fractions of the Andersen sampler. The microorganisms have been sampled on a waste plant receiving cardboard waste. The sampling was performed before or during unloading of the cardboard waste.
