Description

The thermal oxidation behavior of TiZrNbHfTa high entropy alloy with three different microstructures is studied at 600°C, including as-cast, cold-rolled, and rolled&annealed TiZrNbHfTa. The data set provided here corresponds to a paper entitled “Surface hardening of TiZrNbHfTa high entropy alloy via thermal oxidation”, where the data is further interpreted and discussed.
