Complete code for training and evaluating the random forest model, an example iteration of the model, and its control parameters from Forrest et al., "Cholesterol contributes to Lyme disease risk, severity, and diagnosis in a longitudinal cohort with linked genetic and clinical data" (Clinical Infectious Diseases, 2023).
