Description
All processed MS data related to Zhang et al., 2023 is deposited here. This study uses multiscale approach to understand the changes in protein interaction networks that support structural transitions of Mumps nucleocapsid within viral condensates during stress. The dataset deposited here encompass RNA sequencing data to identify the strain of Mumps virus (Table S1), abundance proteomics (Table S2). phosphoproteome abundance (Table S3), solubility proteome profiling (Table S4), sucrose gradient coupled quantitative MS data (Table S5), IP-MS- using EGFP tagger WT-P in control and stress (Table S6) and IP-MS comparison of interactome of EGFP tagged P-WT vs. P-phosphodeficient (Table S7)
