Description

This data is a dataset of OSA, Aβ, ENO1 correlation studies, including original data sources and analytical data. Basic and serological data of 87 participants were collected in outpatient and ward clinics and statistically analyzed by SPSS software.

Steps to reproduce

Data on population and anthropometric data (age, sex, and body mass index), past medical history (hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypothyroidism, and cerebrovascular disease), and smoking and alcohol abuse were collected. Completed the Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA) rating scale. A polysomnography study was conducted using the VentMed SF-A9 sleep system (VetMed Inc., Hunan Province, China). Sleep parameters were evaluated according to the 2017 American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) protocol. Patients with an AHI between 5 and 14 were considered to have mild sleep apnea. Patients with an AHI between 15 and 29 were considered to have moderate sleep apnea, and patients with an AHI greater than 30 were considered to have severe sleep apnea. Parameters such as longest time of apnea (LAT), mean blood oxygen saturation (MSaO2) and minimum blood oxygen saturation (LSaO2) were recorded at the same time. Approximately
