Untargeted metabolomics showing relative area-under-the-curve values for each metabolite identified by comparison to authenticated standards. Samples consisted of stool collected from germfree mice (n=5) or a longitudinal study of mice (n=5) colonized with a defined community of commensal human gut bacteria and subsequently inoculated with lytic phages. Sample extraction and analysis was performed by Metabolon (Durham, NC USA).
