Description
MapToCleave_library.fasta, Related to STAR methods. MapToCleave library in fasta format. The ID field provides information on the hairpin name, miRBase identify (if available), whether the hairpin is included in the MapToCleave library and if the hairpin is mirtron. The information is separated by a colon. For example, the id “>hsa-mir-19b-2:MI0000075:in:none” means that the hairpin name is hsa-mir-19b-2, with miRBase ID MI0000075, in the MapToCleave library and the hairpin is not mirtron. The mirtron annotation is from Eric C. Lai lab (Chung et al., 2011; Wen et al., 2015).
