Description

miR-192 has a central role for the cells to sense the proangiogenic signals of H2S. The study reveals a new mechanism to regulate microRNA biosynthesis at the primary-to-precursor step in sensing H2S. In addition to H2S donors, the study provides some new potential targets deserves to be explored for anti-ischemia therapies, e.g., approaches based on regulating CSE and miR-192 The file named Zhou Y et al miRNAarray data 20200514 includes the microarray profiling of microRNAs showed a preliminary pattern of changes in the vascular endothelial cells treated with H2S. The file named Zhou Y et al Western Blot data 20200514 includes unedited images for all blots shown in the manuscript.
