Data for this study were collected from the NCBI genome database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genbank/), comprising a total of 496 genomes isolated from chickens. The collected data was preprocessed using a system biology approach where first the duplicated were removed and finally 299 samples were left. Following that the meta data were extracted from the samples and then the data was labeled using the CARD-Resistance Gene Identifier where 11 drug classes were labeled. Drug Classes: 1. Amoxicillin-Clavulanic Acid 2. Ampicillin 3. Ceftriaxone 4. Chloramphenicol 5. Ciprofloxacin 6. Gentamicin 7. Nalidixic Acid 8. Streptomycin 9. Sulfamethoxazole-Sulfisoxazole 10. Tetracycline 11. Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole
