Simulation Degradation Datasets for Health Prognosis of a Control Moment Gyroscope's Flywheel system
Description
This presents the dataset used for health prognosis of Control Moment Gyroscope (CMG)'s flywheel system. The dataset is collected from Simulink model of a flywheel system with electrical and mechanical degradation by Beihang Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) lab. There are 3 CMGs in the dataset, 25 samples for OC1 and 5 samples for OC2 and OC3. The CMG in OC2 and OC3 works with different rotational speed and load torque with CMG of OC1. The data is formed as .mat. Here's one cycle for each CMG. Different sample starts with different initial B and kt. 1.mat,2.mat,... - cycle No., each cycle contains 5 microseconds of simulated data for 3 seconds # simulation detail Data is generated by Matlab 2022a in Windows 10. Steps to reproduce
1. Model the flywheel system of CMG with model of inverter, Brushless DC motor, controller, Hall decoder, PWM generator in Simulink. 2. Comparing with a dataset of a real CMG, adjust the parameter of the model until the dynamic feature and data is similiar enough. 3. Use Brownian Motion to degrade the moment coefficient and viscous damping coefficient 4. When viscous damping coefficient becomes lower than 0.003 (we suppose the CMG fails at this time), stop the simulation and save the data
