Description

This study hypothesizes that m-health interventions have a positive impact on breast cancer patients. This data shows that The intervention group had significantly improved self-management behavior owing to the effects of the group (F = 59.547, P < 0.001), time (F = 143.009, P < 0.001), and group-time interaction (F = 13.112, P < 0.001). Similar improvements were found in quality of life, upper limb function, and lymphedema (P < 0.05), whereas body mass index did not differ between groups (F = 1.714, P = 0.191). Thus, The intervention program based on WeChat and phone follow-ups effectively improved self-management behavior, quality of life, upper limb function, and lymphedema in women with breast cancer. The data were collected by the researchers during the patients' hospitalization and follow-up on wechat after discharge.
