This data will serve as a foundation for future talent management research, particularly those aimed at uncovering the factors that influence talent management's unique position in organizational outcomes. 3. This data will be useful to bridge the gap that talent management in SMEs differs from large businesses by providing a theoretical rationale for the applicability of the concept of talent management as it is conceptualized in large businesses to the SME context. 4. Data is useful to extends the understanding of talent management by examining role of organizational culture and synergized innovative climate as moderating variables on the paradox of relationship between talent management and organizational performance in small business, specifically in Central Java, Indonesia.
