Description
The questionnaire was posted on French-speaking virtual communities. In this data collection 400 internet users answered the online questionnaire. The final analysis was based on the responses of 391 respondents. This data was use for scale validation of "commitment to the opinion leader" , nomological validation of this new scale and also test our hypothesis: H1a: Commitment to an opinion leader positively influences affective commitment. H1b: Commitment to an opinion leader positively influences continuance community commitment. H1c: Commitment to the opinion leader positively influences normative community commitment. H2: Commitment to the opinion leader positively influences intention to continue participating in online communities. H3: Affective community commitment positively influences intention to continue participating in online communities. H4: Continuance community commitment positively influences intention to continue participating in online communities. H5: Normative community commitment positively influences intention to continue participating in online communities.
