Description

Excel Sheet Description i. Sheet a describes the constructs used for the pull-down bioassays ii. Sheet b is the supplementary file for Table 1. It shows the compiled Aedes proteins enriched in CidB* interactome data from scaffold data. Data were first ranked by biological replicates of enrichment. Then, ranked by average Frequency score (F-score). 74 total proteins with at least 2 biological replicates. 58 proteins were enriched (i.e., with an average value of F >= 1). Red boxes indicate where a technical replicate was inconsistent i.e., with zero peptides in one technical replicate but >= 1 in another. We did not consider these hits reliable and marked them as inconsistencies. iii. Sheet c is the compiled triplicate of data in sheet b iv. Sheet d is the supplementary file for Table 2. It shows the compiled Aedes proteins enriched in CidB* + CidA interactome data. Data were first ranked by biological replicates of enrichment. Then, ranked by average Frequency score (F-score). 48 proteins with at least 3 biological replicates. Only 28 enriched proteins (i.e., with an average F value >= 1). Yellow boxes indicate where a peptide was not enriched (n=15) i.e., average F score < 1. v. Sheet e is the compiled triplicate of data in sheet d vi. Sheet f is the protein overlap in Aedes CidB* vs Aedes + CidB* + CidA *Comprehensive data description can be found in the Data Description Word File
