Description

This dataset contains the supplementary data and reproducible computational materials associated with the study of Si isotope fractionation during rodingitization in the Luqu area of the Xigaze ophiolite, Tibet. It includes: (1) the Supplementary Material (2) Tables S1–S11 (3) Three Python-based computational workflows: * Monte Carlo estimation of Si loss during rodingitization; * constrained inversion of mineral modal abundances from whole-rock and mineral compositions; * Monte Carlo isotope mass-balance calculations for exported-fluid δ30Si and apparent rock–fluid fractionation factors. Each workflow includes input spreadsheets, Python source code, README and requirements files, fixed random seeds, and processed model outputs used to reproduce the supplementary tables and model figures.
