Steps to reproduce
The secondary structures are generated by HotKnots (files containing H in their title), and MC-Fold (files containing M in their title) online servers, and tertiary structures are generated by RNA Composer online server. Dockings are performed using NPDock, a web server for protein–nucleic acid docking.
