This dataset contains task-level records from software engineers working in agile environments. It includes task metadata, biometric readings (RMSSD), self-reported emotions (valence, arousal, dominance, discrete emotion labels), and productivity ratings. The hypothesis was that emotions and stress are related to productivity. The data shows patterns consistent with this, such as higher stress and negative emotions aligning with lower productivity. The dataset allows researchers to explore affect–productivity relationships, temporal effects, and task-context influences.
