Data downloaded from TCGA to perform tumor stratification into PANoptosis clusters based on a PANoptosis gene signature. We design a systematic framework to determine the key innate immune biomarkers for cancers where PANoptosis has a prognostic association with overall survival. More details about the results from the framework are provided in the README.
