This data set contains the R code (as a quarto file - see https://quarto.org/) and associated datasets.

Steps to reproduce

Download yassin_code.qmd into a directory. Place the 'data' directory as a subfolder. Load into RStudio with quarto and run. Image data were collected on a PSI multispectral imaging system with data extracted from images using R. Extracted values are provided.
