Description

RNA-seq comparing human acral vs cutaneous melanoma, RNA-seq comparing fin vs body melanocytes, and ChIP-seq pathway analysis of HOX13 binding during limb development is provided. Raw data for the Zebrafish RNA-seq experiment can be found on GEO with identifier GSE158538. Raw data for the Human Melanoma RNA-seq can be found on EGA with identifier EGAS00001001552.
