The files name are also the name of the instances, for each instance file, there are many lines to describe the processing. The row with two data shows the processing stage and the number of processing equipment in this stage.The row with two data indicates the processing stage and the number of processing equipment in this stage. According to the number of processing equipment in this stage, the processing data corresponding to the number of rows will follow. One line describes the processing data of one equipment.
