1. The analysis strategy involves reading the articles, coding the content inductively, and synthesizing information that answers the Research Question- "What conceptual elements and detailed activities need to be considered in developing policies for Advanced Air Mobility system?". 2. The content of the studies should be broken down, coded, and compared in relation to one another and categorized into vehicles, airspace, vertiport, data links, other (energy systems, multimodal transportation, regional planning- topics with little evidence), traffic management, pilot and operator, environment, market, and society. 3. The synthesis of these categories enables forming emergent aggregated themes- primary technology, functionality, and adoption, forming a conceptual framework for AAM system. 4. Then the results should be synthesized to develop an integrative policy development framework that answers the Research Question- "How can the policy requirements, conceptual elements, and detailed activities be synthesized into an integrative conceptual framework of Advanced Air Mobility?". 5. To validate the finding, interviews can be conducted with experts from private and public organizations as well as academia, and relevant policy development authorities. 6. The analysis can be conducted through qualitative synthesis, and develop the policy development framework.
