Data sources for ecological vulnerability assessment
Description
This dataset contains five files supporting the manuscript "An ecological vulnerability assessment framework based on unsupervised random forest". The first four files provide the correlation coefficients between the Ecological Vulnerability Index (EVI) derived from Unsupervised Random Forest (URF) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA), and two validation variables (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index, NDVI; soil moisture, SM) for Gansu Province from 2005-2024, respectively. The fifth file provides the indicator weights derived from URF and PCA for the 10 ecological vulnerability indicators used in this study. These data were used to evaluate and compare the performance of URF and PCA in ecological vulnerability indicator weighting and assessment.
