RNA sequencing This study's total RNA extraction, library building, and sequencing were outsourced to Novogene Co., Ltd. In brief, RNA was extracted with Trizol reagent and quality was evaluated. Details are available in the supplemental materials. The index-coded samples were clustered using a cBot Cluster Generation System with TruSeq PE Cluster Kit v3-cBot-HS (Illumina) following the manufacturer's instructions. Following cluster creation, the library preparations were sequenced using an Illumina Novaseq technology to obtain 150 bp paired end reads.
