Description

Supplementary files of TMT labelled proteomic study of Capsicum frutescens infested by a Polyphagotarsonemus latus. Data was captured using a nano liquid chromatography system coupled with a high-resolution Orbitrap FusionTribridmass spectrometer. Proteomics data was analyzed using the Proteome Discoverer version 2.4 tool using MASCOT and SequestHT algorithms. List of identified proteins (Supplementary Table 1), identified proteins belonging to different protein classes (Supplementary Table 2), Output dataset of reciprocal BLAST (Supplementary Table 3), Output dataset obtained from SUBA4 tool (Supplementary Table 4), Output dataset obtained from STRING analysis (Supplementary Table 5), Interactive file of STRING analysis (Supplementary file 6) and List of identified capsicum proteins mapped to different KEGG Orthology (Supplementary Table 7) are attached here.
