Raw data from open label portion BSS. There are 6 worksheets entitled: pre-existing comorbidities, COVID related symptoms & Morbidities, medications, symptom scores, baseline health scores and basic demographics


Steps to reproduce

Patient data, after consent, collected from EMR and MAR. Salivary virus was detected using RT-LAMP. Hospital Pharmacy kept BSS until coordinators asked for it and it was given to floor nurses to administer or given to patient if discharged or outpatient. All unused medication returned and counted by coordinators. Self scored and reported symptom information was collected by the coordinators. 5 symptoms were scored from 0-3, Cough, headache, fatigue, shortness of breath and anosmia. Zero represented no symptoms, 1 = little affect, 2= more affected. 3 = strongly affected .
