Data relates to Mutual Legal Assistance Requests and the request and exchange of digital evidence between jurisdictions (countries). The survey protocol has been provided to help with replication. The MLA Survey Responses data includes information about how effective mutual legal assistance is, which types of requests or normally received, and when requests or normally more effective.
