Description

This is the data set and R program for empirical estimation of marine phytoplankton assemblages using an in situ multi-wavelength excitation fluorometer. We used multi-exciter (JFE-advantech, Japan). The explanation of the R program was in the programing source. You can play demo by this data set and programs. The preprint is in bioRxiv (https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.08.31.458334).
