Description

This study aimed to enhance the stability and compatibility of swertiamarin by loading it on amino-functionalized graphene oxide (GO) by ultrasonication. Swertiamarin isolated from Enicostemma littorale was purified and identified by HPLC chromatogram. After loading on functionalized GO, the size of the end product was calculated using ImageJ software. The sheet like structure in the SEM image is measured length wise in 25 different ways and the range of the nanosize was counted to create the histogram.
