Dataset of Yield and Biomass on Maize Hybrid Under Shading and Drought Stress
Description
The data contains of two Tables and five Figures. Table 1 shows information on the effect of genotype, environment, and their interaction (GEI) on yield and biomass using a combined analysis of variance (ANOVA). Table 2 shows genetic materials fo the experiment. Figure 1 presents heat map of biomass and yield. Figure 2 shows the yield and biomass stability of maize hybrids based on AMMI measurements. The results of AMMI analysis of 24 corn hybrids for yield and biomass in three environments are presented in Figure 2. Figure 3 shows the GGE biplot display of the 'discrimitiveness vs. representativeness.' pattern for biomass and yield. Figure 4 shows the GGE Biplot 'Mean vs Stability' pattern for yield and biomass. The average yield of each genotype is shown on the X-axis, while yield stability is shown on the Y-axis. The data in Figure 5 shows the 'GGE biplot of Which Won Where' for yield and biomass characters.

Steps to reproduce
Raw data were taken from observation and measurement of all variables in the field. Data collection was done by measuring each plant in each experimental plot. Data were taken from each line × tester hybrids. The data included seed weight per cob and then converted to weight/hectare, and biomass. The observation of seed weight per cob was observed by peeling and leaving 3-4 rows from the base of the cob and the tip of the cob and then weighing using a digital scale. Biomass observed includes the weight of the whole plant (stems, leaves, flowers, and cobs) without roots using digital scales. The data variable were, then, analyzed using pbstat software in https://apps.pbstat.com/reports/pbstat-ge/ (Version PBSTAT-GE 3.0.3) for ANOVA, PCA analysis, heat map, AMMI and GGE biplot.
