This document is the complete Carnegie Mellon SEI format Software Architecture Document for a multi-agent fault diagnostic engine. It replicates all the document sections recommended in the SEI template and the SEI Views and Beyond methodology. The document supports the journal paper "Architecting an Agent-Based Fault Diagnosis Engine for IEC 61499 Industrial Cyber-Physical Systems" by Barry Dowdeswell, Roopak Sinha and Stephen G. MacDonell. A blank template for the LaTeX format of the document has been provided in zip-format for practitioners who wish to develop similar documents. It provides placeholders for all the document sections an examples of the LaTeX structures used to create the document.
