Human squamous cell carcinoma stained with SignalStar mIHC technology. Day 1 data contains Pan-Keratin in the 488 channel, CD11c in the 594 channel, Sirpa in the 647 channel and CD163 in the 750 channel. Day 2 data contains CD206 in the 488 channel, CD68 in the 594 channel, CD45 in the 647 channel and HLA-DRA in the 750 channel. A full 8 plex image can be constructed by computationally combining imaging day 1 and imaging day 2 data. These component tifs must be reconstructed into a full sized image.
