Description

A comparative study assessing how Myofascial Release and Muscle Energy Technique affect pain, respiratory function, well-being, and dysfunction in neck individuals dealing with chronic neck pain and breathing exercises and therapeutic exercises has not yet been conducted. Determining its impact and identifying the best course of action are therefore necessary. In order to ascertain which treatment was more effective at lowering pain, reducing disability, lowering pulmonary function, and improving quality of life, researchers evaluated the efficacy of MET and MFR combined with respiratory and therapeutic exercises in individuals suffering from persistence pain in neck.
