A retrospective cohort study was conducted at three academic hospitals in Damascus, Syria, analyzing adult patients with chemotherapy-induced FN between 2022 and 2025. Clinical characteristics, microbiological findings, and complications were compared between survivors and non-survivors, as well as between high-risk (MASCC <21) and low-risk (MASCC \ge21) groups. Univariate and multivariable logistic regression models were utilized to determine independent predictors of mortality.
