Description

Objective: To investigate between day reliability of the myotonPRO to assess different muscles in healthy adults, and the difference between male and female counterparts. Methods: Eighty healthy male and female adults were assessed regarding each muscle. Participants were assessed twice within 48h with the MyotonPRO (muscle tone, stiffness, elasticity, mechanical stress relaxation time, creep) on the dominant middle deltoid (MD), rectus femoris (RF), anterior tibialis (TA) and soleus (SO). Test-Retest reliability was investigated with ICC, and minimal detectable change.
