Data for: A Numerical and Experimental Investigation of Convective Heat Transfer during Laser-Powder Bed Fusion

The Excel file includes all raw, numerical values used for (or obtained from) thermal modeling and simulations performed using COMSOL Multiphysics. Parameters reported include: temperatures, temperature time rates of change, temperature gradients, non-dimensional numbers (e.g. the Reynolds number) and more. Four tabs of data are provided corresponding to various gas flow speeds and laser directions. Note that most numbers correspond to the response occurring at the middle location along the laser-powder bed fusion track simulated.
