Description

The following dataset is linked to the paper “An in silico - in vitro pipeline identifying an HLA-A*02:01+ KRAS G12V+ spliced epitope candidate for a broad tumor-immune response in cancer patients” by Mishto et al., published in Front. Immunol. 2019. The Mendeley dataset contains one file (Description_of_the_uploaded_files_final.xlsx), which summarises the mass spectrometry files available in the PRIDE repository. The mass spectrometry proteomics data have been deposited to the ProteomeXchange Consortium via the PRIDE partner repository with the dataset identifier PXD015580.
