Nitrates, nitrites and phosphates in pit latrine sludge

Description

Data obtained in the analysis of pit-latrine sludge for nitrate, nitrite and phosphate, using high performance liquid chromatography with a UV detector (HPLC-UV). The processed data revealed that pit-latrine sludge contains high amounts of these analytes which are likely to pollute the neighbouring soils. This data are related to the research article “Simultaneous determination of nitrate, nitrite and phosphate in faecal sludge by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detection”.
