The present data evaluated the effects of oil and methanol and extracts of Ocimum gratissimum (OG) on epididymal sperm reserve and testicular morphology, were investigated in adult male Wistar rats. 55 rats were divided into 5 groups (A-E). Each group were allocated 11 rats, and oil and methanol extracts of OG were administered at 250 and 500mg/kg for 28 days
