Description

The mp4 file size is the size of the video of the specified dimensions. While the 264 size is the ‎size of the bitstream having 15 different levels. These levels are a mixture of various image ‎scales, bit rate, and frame rate. The three offered scales are: the original, 1/2 the original, and ‎‎1/4 the original. While the 5 available frame rates are: the main and its 4 divisions (1/2, 1/‎‎4, 1/8, and 1/16).‎
