Metabolism 2020 Data
Description
Data Collected on the Upper Shasta River in August of 2020, used in preparation of manuscript titled "Flow alteration impacts river metabolism: Patterns across habitat and reach scales in a regulated river." Data included flow transects, chamber incubations, and oxygen sensor data used for reach scale metabolism.

Steps to reproduce
We collected flow data using USGS methods to get flow data. We used chamber incubations outlined in Tromboni et al. (2017) to get at metabolism in different hydrologic units above and below a major water diversion. Anova's were run on the chamber data. And we set miniDot oxygen sensors out in river in pool units above and below a major water diversion which this data was then used in Bayesian estimation modeling to find reach level metabolism reported in manuscript.
