Description

Metabarcoding data obtained using COI Leray-XT and 18S_allshorts (V7 region) primer sets on samples from hard-bottom shallow marine benthic communities from two National Parks in Spain. Effects of invasive seaweeds were assessed by comparing three invaded communities (Asparagopsis armata, Caulerpa cylindracea and Lophocladia lallemandii, to their non-invaded counterparts. Three size-fractions were analysed separately for every sample: A (> 10 mm), B (1 - 10 mm) and C (63 µm - 1 mm). FASTA files from obiuniq.
